RIP Guy Ngan

RIP Guy Ngan.
A pioneering artist ahead of his time, who created unique art that stands the test of time.
I had the great honour to have 'Uncle Guy' preside over my graduation from art school many years ago. We chatted several times and I treasure the cards and letters he sent me.
Just today I walked past his MiIllennium Tree sculpture at the Auckland Domain after a meeting. It seems fitting that meeting was to discuss the upcoming Asian Artists Hui with Amy Weng.
